Harassment Prevention Strategy

Welfare is Gold

Welfare Is Gold is a harassment prevention strategy created for a large mining group in Mexico. The strategy combines Welfare Commissions in each unit, an attention protocol, an intensive communication program and a web application that generates a personalized protocol for each contractor company. Printed and digital materials include infographics, posters, short animated videos, cartoons and memes. The protocol was co-designed with local employees and validated by the mining units. The intent is a workplace culture free of harassment.

Perceived Design Value

Perceived Design Value is a postdoctoral research project on the added value of design. The study clarifies how design value is perceived by users across five generations and four socioeconomic class groups. Perceived value indicators are recommended to measure satisfaction, happiness and well-being as end results of product and service usage. The research also defines a triple design process and a self-assessment design maturity matrix. Main results are published in an A5 book of 89 pages. The aim is to help businesses, governments and society apply design more consciously.

Descry Taiwan Exhibition

The exhibition was at Mountain Alishan, a famous tourist attraction in Taiwan, which combines arts with the Taiwanese traditional tea industry. The cross-sections cooperation of this exhibition could bring out the new business module. On each package, tourists can see different expressions conveying the same theme, "Taiwan." Immersing in the beautiful scenery of Taiwan, visitors could have a deeper understanding of Taiwanese tea culture and industry.

The drum is an exciting music instrument, but they are also the only musical instrument that has one pitch!!! A multiplayer drummer cannot play Rock Reggae and Jazz using the same snare drum. Zikit Drums designed a mechanism that provides drummers a versatility playing experience without being bound to a specific music style by changing the diameter of the snare drum in real-time. Zikit designed to augment possibilities for drummers and giving them new acoustic opportunities in creating unique content.
